Mazda Lease Loyalty Reward may also be combined with up to two private offers including but not limit to Mazda Loyalty and Military Appreciation Bonus. Offer cannot be combined with Customer Cash or APR incentives. Additional private incentives must specify combination with Mazda Lease Loyalty Reward Program. Must present participating dealer with documentation of previous Mazda lease such as registration or lease agreement and valid driver’s license. Mazda Cash Back Form must be completely filled out and the contract or buyers order must be attached.
